How it works
Three steps
Step 1: Trays or the truck
Order party trays online for pickup, or send a request for the truck. It takes two minutes.
Step 2: We lock it in
For the truck or a big order, someone from Gazzo's follows up on the menu, the timing and the spot.
Step 3: Feed everybody
Trays come cut and ready to share. The truck cooks it fresh, right there.
