Reheating
From thawed
Recommended
- 1Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- 2Microwave for 30 seconds to warm the center.
- 3Wrap in foil and heat 10–15 minutes, until the middle is hot. Internal temperature should reach 155°F.
- 4Unwrap and eat.
From frozen
Straight from the freezer
- 1Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- 2Wrap in foil.
- 3Heat 25–35 minutes, until the middle is hot. Internal temperature should reach 155°F.
- 4Unwrap and eat.
Cook times vary by oven. When the box arrives, put the cheesesteaks in the fridge (2–3 days) or the freezer (up to 2 months).

When will my order ship?
Every order is made to order, so allow 24–72 hours of handling before you get tracking.
How is it packed?
Cheesesteaks are made to order, frozen, and shipped with ice packs.
It arrived soft. Is that okay?
Yes. The ice packs keep them cold, but they may thaw partly or fully on the way. Put them straight in the fridge or freezer, and heat them the thawed way.
How long does it keep?
2–3 days in the fridge, or up to 2 months in the freezer.
How do I reheat it?
In foil: 325°F for 10–15 minutes from thawed (after 30 seconds in the microwave), or 350°F for 25–35 minutes from frozen, until the middle hits 155°F.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Order the packs you want and enter their address as the shipping address at checkout.

Anywhere in the US. Most of our boxes go to Florida and California.
